  • Call when you arrive- We are still limiting drop off and pick-ups to one family at a time in our lobby

  • Use hand sanitizer as needed

  • Remove all personal belongings from your dog (collar, leashes, harnesses)- You will still take these home with you. We kindly ask that you wait for us to put one of our leashes on your dog before doing this so noone gets loose on accident

  • Card payments are preferred for all transactions (saving a card on file is the easiest way to reduce contact)

​

  • At pick-up remember to bring your dogs leash and collar
